Riezel Kinsella Realty Group Pty. Ltd was founded in 2006 by Principal and Licensee-In-Charge, Riezel Kinsella. The company specializes in project marketing of property developments in Sydney and New South Wales Australia. It has also expanded its portfolio of properties for sale to include emerging markets in Asia, such as the Philippines.

The Founder

Riezel Kinsella is an immigrant from the Philippines that has lived in Australia for more than two decades. She is married to Irish-Australian John Kinsella, and is the devoted mother of three sons.

Riezel first started in the world of real estate through her husband’s civil construction company, the Billbergia Group. From being a small engineering and earthworks contractor, Billbergia Group grew to become one of the top professional engineering and project management companies in Australia; servicing some of the top residential, commercial and local government projects in the country. To date, the company has developed hundreds of apartments throughout Sydney, and now operates in all Australian states and territories.

With Billbergia’s success, Riezel decided to venture into the world of real estate on her own. She took a real estate course in 2001 and in 2005, acquired her real estate license. Since then, she has been working hard to make RKRG as successful, if not, even more successful than Billbergia.

Riezel is an active contributor to charities and is an active member of Hope for Cambodian Children Foundation Inc. She also sponsors scholarships of students from the Philippines.
