Riezel Kinsella’s business experience started in a Civil Construction & Property Development company through her affiliation with the Billbergia Group since 1988.

In 2001, she took a real estate licensee course to formally launch her career in real estate. She sold properties for Billbergia Group and other developers, as an independent sales consultant. Since then, she became more inclined in the real estate business that she acquired her own real estate license in 2004. Soon after, she embarked on her own real estate company (specialising in project marketing & sales), now known as Riezel Kinsella Realty Group Pty. Ltd. which she established in 2006, www.rkrealtygroup.com.au .

The success of RK Realty Group can be attributed to its founder’s keen eye for detail, passion for real estate investment and continuous training in the field of real estate. The same values are shared by everyone in her team. Her team is known for their professionalism, great personalized service, genuine concern for their clients’ needs and utmost attention in meeting their clients’ real estate requirements.

The Founder

It was her bold ambition, tough determination and undeniably remarkable genuine service in building sustainable communities, retail & commercial developments through property investment that led to the success of Riezel Kinsella, Director and Licensee-in-Charge of the Riezel Kinsella Realty Group Pty. Ltd, in the real estate industry in Australia.

With an array of experiences, her involvement in the civil construction, property development and real estate business started in 1988 in the areas of office administration, then in 2001 as a real estate consultant for a civil construction and property development firm. She is involved in selling & marketing hundreds of apartments with one of the biggest waterfront developer in Sydney.

After years of experience and observations in the real estate and construction businesses, Riezel realized that in order to achieve more success in real estate, a wise real estate agent should build a harmonious alliance among property developers, chain of agents and property buyers altogether. The economical value of profit for developers and agents are equally as important as the concern of their clients in terms of finding convenience and security in acquiring properties.

Through this, she armed herself by earning her real estate license in 2004 which launched her career and introduced Riezel Kinsella Realty Group Pty. Ltd. in the industry. Her agency specializes in project marketing and selling of various residential projects located in Sydney, Australia. In 2007, she expanded her company’s portfolio of properties for sale to include emerging markets in Asia, such as the Philippines.

Riezel followed a modern approach in running the real estate agency. RK Realty Group established a platform connecting Property Developers to a Network of Agents and Property Buyers into a “one-stop shop” for properties with a general approach in investments. Seasoned with personal experience, RK Realty Group is committed to assist clients through the entire process of acquisition even as beginners unto becoming experienced and successful property investors like Riezel, herself. This is where RK Success Club comes in as it aims to not only educate first-home buyers and investors but also aid in personal development.

With advent of change and advancements in technology, she continues to improve her business expertise through taking various courses in real estate, business management, taxation, immigration, personal development and life coaching. Moreover, personal growth & development seminars and trainings from world-renowned gurus such as Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy and Bob Proctor helped in maintaining her business focus and direction

Apart from her business goals, Riezel also aims to affect positive change to the less fortunate. She is an active contributor to various charities and aims to establish her own youth foundation in the future. She aspires to help the youth and prepare for their future through financial literacy, personal growth and development. At present, she and her husband were instrumental in building an orphanage in Cambodia, called “Hope for Cambodian Children” (www.hopeforcambodianchildren.org). She also started sponsoring 12 high school students in the Philippines this year for scholarship.

In spite her achievements in the real estate industry, she makes sure she balances her time for family. A successful entrepreneur, devoted mother and a loving wife, her success manifests that anything is possible, if you set your heart and mind to it.
